terms of service

By commissioning me, the artist, the client is purchasing the artist’s labor only. The artist retains all licensing rights to the commission

These terms are subject to change without public announcement. Active commissioners will be notified regarding the changes that will affect the commission process

I reserve rights to decline a comission with or without an explanation

If a term is breached, I retain the rights to take action to protect my rights as an artist

Payment is done through Paypal or Kofi

Payment is due in full upront

Payment is expected in 24 hours, payment duration can be altered through discussion

Never send payment before recieving confirmation from the artist

If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee will be applied, to be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of work

Two progress shots will be sent for approval before the final artwork is finished

Any progress shots shown will be watermarked

Deadlines can be discussed upon agreement, however extra fees will be charged for tight deadlines

Request of custom resolution and canvas size are possible

Turn around time vary from 1-2 weeks long, however if any issue ever comes up to cause a delay I will make sure to keep you informed

Any major or multiple minor revisions are allowed to be requested on the sketch phase

A limited amount of 3 minor revisions maximum are allowed during the coloring/rendering phase, further request of revision will incur an extra fee

Revisions due to my own negligence are free of charge

Faults made from information that was not provided by the client will not be my responsibility

Revisions cannot be made after an artwork or design is finished

It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions

A 100% refund can be issued and is guaranteed to be given if the artwork has not been worked at all

If a commission has been worked on, a refund will be given according to the amount of work left

Once an artwork or design is finished, a refund may not be issued

If a commissioner is not willing to communicate for over a month, the commission will be subject to cancellation

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any given time

Hold all rights to my works including commissions and custom designs

May post commission artworks and design on social media

May use commission artworks and design as samples on my commission sheet

May stream, record, and show progress of the artwork's creation publically

Will not reproduce a copyrighted image or character without consent of its copyright owner

May post the commissioned work to any social media platform with proper credit to me as the artist

May only use the commissioned for personal usage [e.g. profile picture, header, character profile, etc.]

May gift or commission me on behalf of someone else, as long as I am notified beforehand

May trace and use my work as reference for study

May print the work for personal use [e.g. make a keychain from the artwork without selling it for profit]

Prohibited on using any commissioned works for NFTs and train AI

Prohibited on using, distributing, and reproducing commissioned works for commercial use without purchasing the rights from me

Prohibited on submitting any commissioned works of mine to any contest

Prohibited on using my work for hate speech, racism, pedophilia or any unethical and illegal related use

Using, distributing, and reproducing for commercial purposes [i.e. making money off of the commissioned artwork]

Claiming the work as your own

Alter, modify, or edit the work without my permission

Alter, edit, or remove my watermarks
